Harvested and processed: March-April 2022
Brewing recommendation: 85°C with multiple steepings or boil for several minutes
Loose leaf tea: Loose tea leaves, not compressed.
Tea bricks: 200-250 g tea bricks, wrapped in bamboo leaf or paper.
Tea cakes: Compressed tea, either manually stone-pressed or compacted with a hydraulic press. Available formats: 200 g (14 cm diameter), 357 g (18.5 diameter).
